Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ultimate Fitness. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
International Shipping Policy
Please allow 6-12 weeks shipping for all products listed on our website.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during holiday seasons, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note: International shipping includes the equipment being shipped from our supplier to our warehouse in New Zealand with all Duties, taxes and customs clearance handled.

Domestic Shipping Policy
If you require your equipment to be delivered to a location other than our Auckland based warehouse, additional charges will apply.
This charge is calculated on a 'per order' basis, please contact us using the following email address to enquire.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
