Yes, for the smaller boxed equipment, there are installation guides to follow. For the Multi-functional smith machine, there will be an installation video
If the product is in stock, it can be delivered within the same week. Otherwise, if the product is out of stock, it can take a few weeks before stock arrives again.
Yes, you can view the products in our showroom. However due to covid restrictions, you would need to call and book a time in advance so we can show you around.
Yes, if the product is in stock you can pick it up same day.
Yes, we can deliver and install the products for an additional fee depending on the size of order and what you want installed. This option is only available for Auckland and Hamilton regions currently.
You can purchase securely through our website using a credit or debit card, or you can contact us through Facebook messenger, Instagram or email and one of our team will liaise with you to confirm your order details. Next, we will send an invoice for payment via internet banking. Once payment is received, we will process the order for delivery, or collection.
Yes, however extra rates are charged for outside of Auckland delivery and installations.
A third-party delivery company or sometimes our own delivery staff. The delivery method used is dependent on the delivery location, the size of items being ordered, and if you want it to be installed or not. If you want more information about shipping, please contact us via email, telephone or messenger to discuss a solution that works best for you.
Training support will be provided for customers who purchase the multi-functional machine. This will include access to our comprehensive exercise library containing over 100 different exercises.
Customers can either choose a DIY assembly options using our instructional videos or, if they are located within the Auckland or Hamilton area, we can send one of our team members to install the equipment for them. Additional fees will be charged for Installation support.
